Pieter Aerts (Schoten) is Belgian professional poker player that is a regular in the high rollers. He is a WSOP bracelet winner with SCOOP, Sunday Million, GGMillion$ and Triton Super High Roller titles under his belt.
Start
[edit]Aerts started his career as an online heads-up cash game grinder under the alias XMorphineX, but really rose to fame when he switched his interest to tournaments.
On the 9th of September 2019, he won the Sunday Million on PokerStars, and two weeks later he made the final table of the WCOOP Main Event, his run continued with also making the SCOOP Main Event final table right after in 2020.
Career
[edit]In 2022, he got his first WSOP bracelet by scooping the $5,000 6-Max NLHE event on GGPoker for $400,213. Five days later he got 3rd in 10K Super Millions High Roller online WSOP event for $586,020.
In 2023 he got 19th in the WSOP Online Main Event at GGPoker, one day later he added a second place in the $25K GGMilion$ Super High Roller WSOP event for $593,838. And one week after he won his first Triton Super High Roller title, the $50K 6-Max in Cyprus for $ 1,472,000. In 2024 he won the $100K in Monte Carlo for $ 2,234,587.
