PebbleCreek is a master-planned, age-restricted community located in the city of Goodyear, Arizona, within Maricopa County. Construction on the nearly 2,300-acre community began in 1993 by real estate developer Robson Communities, Inc.[1]

[edit]PebbleCreek is adjacent to the Arizona State Route 303, which connects to the I-10. The community is approximately 25 miles west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

[edit]PebbleCreek has hosted the DesertFest event, a one-day festival featuring music, food, wine and local and national vendors.[15] The community hosted the inaugural DesertFest in 2015 and subsequent events in 2018 and 2020.[16] [17]
