Pavlyuk Yuliia Valeriivna (born 15 december 1984 іn Kyiv) -

The Head of the Central Regional Center[1] of the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, a Deputy of the Vinnytsia City Council, an Advisor to the Chairman of the Vinnytsia Regional Council, and a co-founder of the Charitable Foundation "Strategy for the Revival of Ukraine."

Education

After finishing school, she enrolled in the Industrial and Economic College of the National Aviation University, where she graduated in 2002 with a degree in Enterprise Economics.

In 2003, she graduated from the State Academy of Statistics, Accounting, and Audits of the State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine, earning a bachelor's degree in Economics and Enterprise with a specialization in Finance.

In 2004, she graduated from the State Academy of Statistics, Accounting, and Audits of the State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine with a master's degree in Finance.

In 2013, she graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs with a degree in Jurisprudence, qualifying as a lawyer.

In 2020, she graduated from the Institute of Innovative Education at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, earning a qualification in Construction and Civil Engineering as a civil engineer.

In 2021, she received a diploma from the National University of Singapore through the Kyiv School of Public Administration.

Professional activity

Between September 2002 and December 2003, she held the position of accountant at the Kyiv Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design.

In October 2004, he assumed the role of chief consultant within the department responsible for organizational and analytical support for managerial operations. He received the 11th rank of civil servant. Subsequently, on January 11, 2005, following the reorganization of the Head of State Service's structural units and the implementation of a new staffing structure, he transitioned to a comparable vacant position as chief specialist in the same department.

Between May 2005 and August 2006, she was employed at Foxtrot-Auto and Hyundai car showrooms.

Between 2008 and 2017, she served in different roles within the investigative and operational divisions of Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs. Her tenure culminated in positions at the Department of Internal Security and the Department of Communications of the National Police of Ukraine, achieving the rank of Major.

Between 2019 and 2021, she was employed by a construction company, and she held the position of director at Randinvest LLC until 2023.

In 2020, she won the election as a deputy to represent the 6th district in the 8th convocation of the Vinnytsia City Council.In 2020, she won the election as a deputy to represent the 6th district [2]in the 8th convocation of the Vinnytsia City Council.

Between December 2020 and April 2023, she served as a lawyer, providing voluntary legal assistance to military personnel and civilians in resolving their issues.

She was involved in founding the Charitable Foundation "Strategy for the Revival of Ukraine"[3] in 2022.

She started her position as an advisor to the Chairman of the Vinnytsia Regional Council[4] at the beginning of November 2022.

Starting from June 2022, she has been working with the Coordination Headquarters on Prisoners of War Treatment as a human rights defender.

Since November 2022, she has held the position of head at the Central Regional Center of the Coordination Headquarters for Prisoners of War Treatment[5]. She regularly takes part in prisoner of war[6] exchange activities.

Biography

She moved to Vinnytsia in 2017 to settle permanently. She is currently raising three children: two sons and one daughter.

In May 2024, she remarried[7] and changed her surname from Pryimak to Pavlyuk.
