They have more than 3,000 employees [2], and are a global company that operates in dozens of countries, including the United States, Honduras, Brazil, Romania, South Africa, Philippines, and more[2]
PartnerHero was founded in 2014[1] in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, by their CEO Shervin Talieh[2]. They opened their offices in Boise, Idaho on 2018, their current headquarters location.
On 2020, even with the global pandemic, they were able to grow nearly 100%.[3]. On 2022, they were listed on Inc. 5000 fastest growing businesses, due to their revenue increase by 501%, they’re listed in the position 1296[4].
In January 2023, the company partnered with SupportOps in an effort to start offering CRM implementation services, taking advantage of their experience with Zendesk[5].
They have offices located in Honduras, the United States, Romania, and the Philippines. They started operating in Philippines on 2019 and opened their first office in Metro Manila on 2022[6]
