Products
[edit]The Virtual Reality Scene Generator (VRSG) is a COTS virtual reality (VR) software program used for rendering of geographically accurate real-time virtual environments using 3D round earth terrain. This software enables military personnel simulation training catering to various platform-specific air (fixed/rotary/RPAS), land, and sea/littoral training simulators. The software provides simulated UAS camera views, physics-based simulated sensor modes, environmental settings, and ocean simulation. .[3] VRSG also provides high-resolution realtime 3D models. [4]
Simulation Training
[edit]MVRsimulation's software is utilized in several military simulators at various training facilities in the U.S. Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and Air National Guard, both within the United States and overseas. MVRsimulation's visuals are also used in F-16 and A-10 FMT simulators.[5] The simulators have been designed to be able to connect to the USAF A-10 full mission trainers (FMT).The F-16 Mission Training Center utilizes VRSG for training at the Vermont Air National Guard (ANG) facilities, specifically at the Burlington International Airport in Burlington, VT.[6]
The Joint terminal attack controller Training and Rehearsal System program utilizes MVRsimulation's software in a 360-degree field of view environment for JTAC training.[7]
