Draft:Locktober

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Locktober is the concept of chastity wear for the month of October, usually (but not always) for the male in a relationship.[1]

The idea is, ultimately, that the wearer relinquishes control of their orgasm's to their partner. It is well documented that men, in particular, masturbate between once a week to multiple times per day, often without their partner.[2]

This can have negative affects on a couple's sex life, and therefore the idea of chastity is to reset this balance by allowing the partner to control their penis. It is a well documented subject across multiple forums and news outlets.[3][4]

The partner is provided with the key "key holder", and many practice this during the day. Overnight wear is uncomfortable, and most couples take enjoyment in unlocking and re-locking before and after bed.

In general, relationships have been proven to significantly uplift over this one month period. The partner feels more sexual energy is focussed on her, and the male, despite growing levels of frustration, begins fantasising about their partner.

Whilst a good challenge, it's important that both partners are keen to explore this. Ideally the partner teases and generally joins in with this practice, to make the experience fun for both partners.
