Lin Chun-Chi is a Taiwanese basketball player who plays as a guard for the Formosa Dreamers.
Early Life
[edit]Lin Chun-Chi is of Seediq descent and grew up in the Chunyang Village (Snuyuan Village) .[1][2]。
During his elementary school years, Lin was part of the track and field team. He officially started his basketball career after being recruited by coach Shih Wei-Kuang of the Puli Junior High School basketball team.
In junior high, he helped his team win the runner-up in the 101st season of the JHBL. After graduating, he joined the Neng Ren Home Economics & Commercial High School basketball team.
In high school, although his team won the HBL championship in his first year, Lin didn't get much playing time until the following two years.
In college, Lin chose to attend Chien Hsin University of Science and Technology, where he became a key player in his freshman year and helped the team win three championships during his college career . In his senior year, Lin was named the UBA Finals MVP.[3]
Professional Career
[edit]On June 6, 2020, Lin Chun-Chi joined the ABL's Formosa Dreamers.[4]
On February 28, 2021, Lin set a new record for local players in the P. LEAGUE+ by scoring 39 points[5] in a single game. On March 8, he was named the league's February MVP.[6]
International Career
