Joe is a character from Blue's Clues. He is also the brother of Steve.

He is played by Donovan Patton.

He first appeared in “Joe's First Day” and his first appearance as host was in “Can You Help?”.

His last Appearance as host was in “Bluestock”.

He appeared as a supporting character in Blue's Room. Starting in “Holiday Wishes”.
