What concerns me is that, while you have referenced it pretty comprehensively, it feels 'bland', by which I mean I can see no purpose to it, nor any true notability of the topic - people get injured in sport and by sports equipment all the time.
This means that I am not persuaded that it passes WP:GNG. It may fall foul of WP:INDISCRIMINATE. The question I have for you is "Can you prove it has a place here, by your work in the draft?"
