The actor has Recived one National Award for [HOPE](Telugu Movie) and one more Golden Nandi Award , Sarojini Devi Award for National integration were presented by Andhra Pradesh for his movie CHANDRAHAAS[1] in 2001 Hon. Previous Prime Minister P.V.Narasimha Rao Presented the Overseas Indian Citizenship Award he become famous as a Producer,Director,writer and Actor in Telugu cinema industry and Life time member of those Associations. Mother Plicherla Varalakshmamma she Worked has Chief Women medical officer of Andhra pradesh in Tirupati . He Completed Neurology Residency, Felloship in Clonical Neurophysiology & Epilepsy; Fellowship Sleep Medicine and Neuro-Rehabilitation Speciality at education at Wayne State University, Detroit, USA.
Career
[edit]Haranath Policherla Acted and produced up to 18 movies in kannada,telugu and enlidh he made his debut with the 2001 Kannada Movie Nanna Preethiya Hudugi he contributed to the growth of telugu culture and languge in USA by Serving as International Vice President of America Telugu Association(ATA)[8][9][10] Executive Vice President and President elect of North American Telugu Association(NATA)[11] President, Co-Chair and Chair of Telangana American Telugu Association(TTA). In May 2024, Haranath Policherla Was Honored with the lifetime Achievement Award for his Services to the Telugu people in USA at the TTA mega Convention Held in Seattle. for over a decade worked as vice chairman of global hospital group and Served in extending Medical Care Especially in Organ Transplantation and Tertiary care such as Neurosurgery in India.
