Submission declined on 11 July 2024 by DoubleGrazing (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are: Declined by DoubleGrazing 4 months ago.

- Comment: The articles from Wen Wei Po, Sing Tao Daily, and Tai Kung Pao discuss knowledge transfer initiatives at universities in Hong Kong in general, with only glancing mentions of the subject. The subject's involvement in the three research projects referenced is not specified. The rest are primary sources. I have conducted a thorough search but found no other usable sources, and I think it is impossible for the subject to pass GNG. I would recommend that the page creator merge any relevant content into suitable sections of the University of Hong Kong article. Prince of Erebor(The Book of Mazarbul) 03:03, 15 July 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: No indication this merits a stand-alone Wikipedia article. Qcne (talk) 13:41, 14 July 2024 (UTC)
