Gauranga Das (IAST: Gaurāṅga dāsa) is an Indian Hindu monk, author, motivational speaker[1] [2], a leadership and corporate coach[3] based in Mumbai. He is a member of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).[4]

Early life and education

Gauranga Das was born in Mumbai, India. He has a degree in engineering from IIT Bombay.[4]

Career

He worked as an engineer at Kirloskar Group [3] for a brief period, before leaving the company in 1993 to become a monk in ISKCON.

In 1993, he joined the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) as a monk, where he was given the name "Gauranga Das". He became an initiated disciple of Radhanath Swami. He is currently the director of Govardhan Eco-Village in Wada, Maharashtra.[4] He has been speaking at various academic institutions and corporate firms in India and abroad.

He is the author of the books, The Art of Resilience and The Art of Focus.[2]
