Political Background
[edit]G. Vamsi Krishna hails from a family with a political background. He is the grandson of Shri G. Venkatswamy, former AICC Member and Central Minister, and son of Shri G. Vivek Venkatswamy, Ex M.P., currently elected as MLA from Chennur Assembly constituency.
Following his grandfather and father's footsteps, G Vamsi Krishna developed a philanthropic mindset at an early age. As a result, he has been politically active since 2009, while also actively managing and participating in the family's charitable trust activities for the upliftment and well-being of the socially and economically underprivileged in Pedapalli parliamentary constituency.[2]
G Vamsi Krishna staunch advocate of human rights and social justice, working for the upliftment of socially and economically backward communities, and women empowerment by conducting skill development programmes.
During his father's tenure, G Vamsi Krishna became a campaign chief and worked hard for his father's victory. He gained a good reputation for inspiring youngsters and demonstrated the importance of youth in politics. Despite not holding any position in the party, he worked for the party's victory and played a vital role in its success.
