From The Inside Out is a self-improvement podcast and community created by Eda Schottenstein and Rivkah Krinsky in 2020.[1]
Podcast guests range from world-leaders such as the Chief Rabbi of England, Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks[2], and holocaust survivor and author, Edith Eger[3] to lesser-known and inspiring individuals who have made a difference in the world, beginning with changing their own lives- from the inside out.

[edit]From The Inside Out was founded in 2020 by entrepreneur Eda Schottenstein and holistic health coach and matchmaker Rivkah Krinsky. Rivkah and Eda combined their passions of self-improvement, psychology, spirituality, and health to create a growing movement of individuals interested in those same topics.
