Fernando Veloz is a Mexican actor, writer, podcaster, television host, and recording artist[1]. He gained recognition for co-hosting the popular pop culture podcast Todo Que Ver[2] alongside Adrian Murra[3] and Oscar Murra since 2020. Veloz has made notable appearances in Mexican television, including roles in the telenovela La fuerza del destino[4], and as the host of daytime television show 3.14 and primetime show 7 en 1. He also hosted Nuestra Belleza Cajeme by Televisoras Grupo Pacífico.
Early life and education
[edit]Fernando Veloz[5] was born in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico, and later moved to Sonora, where he attended La Salle Noroeste University[6]. He earned a bachelor's degree in engineering in multimedia production[7], graduating with high honors. Veloz was recognized as Alumno Distinguido by the Gobierno del Estado de Sonora through The Sonoran Institute of Culture, honoring his contributions to the engineering field. Additionally, he received the Emprendedor Lasallista[8] award from Universidad De La Salle Noroeste for his commitment to the student community, where he served as President of the student council from 2012 to 2013.

[edit]Veloz's career in Mexican television began with roles in telenovelas, including La fuerza del destino. His charismatic on-screen presence led him to host several television programs, including the daytime show 3.14, which focused on youth and pop culture, and the primetime show 7 en 1, a variety program with wide audience appeal.
Film
[edit]In 2010, Veloz participated in the prestigious Rally Universitario GIFF, a unique educational experience that brings together six teams from different universities across Mexico to create a short fiction film in just 48 hours. Before the filming challenge, teams undergo six months of preparation, attending workshops and masterclasses led by professionals, companies, and filmmakers committed to the national film industry. Veloz represented La Universidad De La Salle Noroeste by writing and directing the short film "Recompensa: Se Busca El Qué Dirán." which starred Nycolle González, Isabel Yudice, Iván Arriaga, Dalí González, and Alexandra de la Mora.
Podcasting
[edit]In 2020, Veloz co-founded the podcast Todo Que Ver[9][10], a show that discusses pop culture trends, movies, and current events, with co-hosts Adrian Murra and Oscar Murra, Yamile Chaul, Cecy Vera, Miguel Alejandro, Cristy Sesma and Isabel Sesma. The podcast has gained a large following and is celebrated for its insightful commentary on entertainmentFilm and culture.
