Ek Main Aur Ek Two is a Hindi comedy play written and directed by Paritosh Painter. The play features an ensemble cast led by Shweta Tewari and includes Shweta Gulati, Kishwer Merchant, Suresh Menon, Nasirr Walker, Siddharth Sagar, and Jayesh Thakkar.
Plot
[edit]The play center's around Monika Duggal, a divorcee living in an elegant flat in Colaba, who resolves her financial issues by entertaining two married men: Mr. Percy Karkaria, an estate agent, and Mr. Bobby Dhillon, who works in the poultry business. Monika maintains a strict schedule, seeing Percy on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and Bobby on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Neither of them is aware of the other.
The story takes a turn when Monika’s friend Aaisha, dealing with marital issues, arrives at the flat followed by her drunk husband Kedar. Chaos ensues as Percy is confined to Monika’s bed with a sprained ankle, Bobby arrives unexpectedly, and Percy’s wife Delnaaz shows up looking for her husband. The arrival of Gullu the Plumber further complicates the situation, leading to a series of mistaken identities and absurd situations.
