Draft:Eero Vaara
Submission declined on 27 May 2024 by SL93 (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

- Comment: Please use a neutral tone, for example avoiding statements like "has significantly impacted" or "a remarkable individual". Broc (talk) 17:40, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: The sources are primary and thus unable to establish notability per WP:GNG. There is nothing in the draft that would obviously satisfy WP:NACADEMIC, either, although the h-index of 66 does sound pretty good (albeit that it isn't actually mentioned anywhere in the draft). Declining for now, hoping that some more tangible evidence of notability is revealed. DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:42, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: We don't refer to people by first name only; please change to full name, last name only, or personal pronoun. DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:38, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
