Del Mar Energy is an American energy company founded.[1] by Michael Latham on February 14, 2002 in Rowlett, Texas.[2]

Works to reduce its carbon footprint and innovate renewable energy solutions.[3][4]

Del Mar Energy specializes in the development, construction and operation of energy facilities, in the supply of electricity for various sectors of the economy.

Founders

Michael Latham is the founder and CEO of Del Mar Energy[6].

Nick Kaufman has been vice president of Del Mar Energy since 2017. He was born in Texas and graduated from the University of Massachusetts. After graduation, he began a career in the legal industry. In 2013, he began working with Del Mar Energy and was officially named a partner in 2018.  

Stephan Russo began interning at Del Mar Energy in 2016. He has grown the company from intern to Director of Marketing in less than five years and has over $5 million in equity.

Thomas Lieberman was born in 1984 in Nevada, where he attended a local university. In 2006, he moved to New York City to work in marketing and public relations. In 2011, he began working with Del Mar Energy. Prior to that, Lieberman promoted companies such as P&G, Gillette and General Motors.

2002

  • Opening of the first oil rigs in Archer County at a cost of 400 million dollars[7]

2003

  • Holding has 600 investors.
  • Opening of an additional 10 rigs.
  • Installation of the first filters on production.
  • Commencement of development of gas production facilities.
  • Completion of the first development contracts.

2004

  • Opening of the first oil rigs in the Jack field and purchase of acreage for resale to other companies.
  • Startup of 5 gas production points, daily production rate of 25,000 cubic feet.

2005

  • Purchase of a number of territories in the Jack field for production.
  • Daily oil production of 50,000 barrels per day.
  • Daily gas production is 100,000 cubic feet per day.
  • Design and construction of the first thermal power plant.

2006

  • Attempts by competitors to smear the holding because of its high profitability.
  • Conducting a number of exclusive bonus programs for investors.
  • Railroad track laying works and construction of related infrastructure, including bridges and complex crossings.

2007
