Milicevic's interest in music began at a young age. He started DJing at 15 during the turbulent 1990s in Serbia, a time when access to records was limited. Despite these challenges, he played a crucial role in building the techno scene in Belgrade alongside other DJs. In 1996, he co-founded the collective Teenage Techno Punks (TTP) with Marko Nastic, which remained active until 2002.[1][2][failed verification][3][unreliable source?]
