Dainius Liulys (born 1980, Vilnius, Lithuania) is the founder of Pigu.lt, entrepreneur, investor, consultant, board member and advisor.

As the founder of Pigu.lt, ran the company for 15 years, since from the company's founding in 2007 until 2022. One of the pioneers of e-commerce and e-market in the Baltic States. Currently, he is engaged in mentoring, advising, and is a member of the board of Logismart company, also advisor for several companies in Baltic States, Balkan region countries.

Founded the retail platform Pigu.lt in 2007 and managed it until 2022. Raised company from 2 to 1000+ employees. During the year of management, the online store was acquired in Latvia 220.lv (2011) and in Estonia dlb.ee (2013), which was later rebranded to Kaup24.ee. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, Deloitte honored Pigu.lt for rapid growth. 2018 - merger of Pigu.lt and Polish company Morele.net. 2019 - Pigu.lt, 220.lv and Kaup24.ee started working as marketplace platform. 2021 - Mid Europa Partners (Mid Europa), a private equity investor, has completed the acquisition process of shares of Pigu and Hobby HobbyHall OÜ (HHG), which merged into one group forming the main online shopping centres in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. The joint group has become the largest e. trading player in the Baltics, entering Finland market. The Group's Marketplace ecosystem (e-marketplaces) has more than 4,000 sellers and a product range of more than 3 million products. The number of sessions per year is around 150 million. After leaving the office of the CEO in 2022 Dainius Liulys remains a shareholder of the company.

From 2018 – till 2023 also founded, developed and invested to Logismart, Ananas e-Commerce, Global Snus production, advises to basketball club Žalgiris on on merchandising matters (online and offline).
