Culinary Depot is a commercial kitchen equipment supplier and service provider founded in 1998 by Sholem Potash. The company originated from Potash's experience working in commercial kitchens and his vision to improve the efficiency and functionality of food service operations. Culinary Depot operates eight locations, including three retail, headquarters in Spring Valley, NY.
