Raised in a Christian household, Morell was influenced by his faith and values, which have guided both his personal and professional life.
Morell’s entrepreneurial journey began at age 10 when he sold Rainbow Loom bracelets at his older brother’s baseball games to fund his Lego collection. By age 13, he ventured into YouTube under the name “Cmore,” where he gained a following streaming Fortnite during the pandemic. Through his YouTube channel, Morell generated revenue from merchandise sales, the Epic Support-A-Creator program, and Google AdSense.
Instead of completing his junior year in a traditional high school setting, Morell enrolled at Sierra College, allowing him to focus more on his career and travel. He had previously attended Western Sierra Collegiate Academy for his freshman year and Rocklin High School for his sophomore year.
At age 15, Morell began volunteering at Bayside Church, initially operating cameras for live video at the Adventure Campus. He later transitioned to the Blue Oaks campus, creating promotional graphics, recap videos, and sermon slides, while continuing to operate cameras for live video broadcasts.
At 16, Morell joined Illuminate Production Services (IPS), where he traveled across multiple states during his junior and senior years of high school. At IPS, he worked on large-scale commercial events, concerts, and conferences, handling tasks such as rigging lighting fixtures and building LED walls.
In 2023, Morell co-founded Vex Hosting with Jack Derepentigny and Joshua Gunter, a business focused on generating passive income and learning how to legally operate a business in California. The business quickly gained traction, generating over 200 million natural impressions on social media platforms.
Following the success of Vex Hosting, Morell and Derepentigny co-founded Layout Media LLC, a digital solutions agency specializing in marketing, web design, and e-commerce development. The company’s focus is on creating customized digital solutions to help businesses grow.
