Charles Henry Appleton Dall (1818–1886) was a Unitarian preacher and writer.[1] He was the first Unitarian minister to India.[citation needed]

mHarvard has a phorograph of him from 1834.[2] His missionary work was documented in Calcutta.[3]

Maria Dall was his aunt.[4] He studied Latin.[5]

He authored hymns.[6] In 1842 his lecture on the Condition of the Poor in England was published.[7]

Fellow minister and Harvard classmate John Healy Heywood wrote a memorial pamphlet titled Memorial to Charles Henry Appleton Dall. Our India Mission and Our First Missionary Rev. Charles H.A. Dall.[8]
