Catherine Manchester is a figurative oil painter born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1957.
Career
[edit]In 1986 Catherine was awarded a New Artists Creative NZ grant and the following year in 1987 was awarded the Rita Angus residency.
National radio interview during her residency as as a Rita Angus award recipient.
Plains FM interview ( held in the McMillan Library Canterbury University.)
Interview on TV3 alongside Ian Scott at the exhibition featuring 'The nude' held in Wellington at Ferner gallery.
Interview on CTV in 1999 about her exhibition Confluxus at COCA.
