Sandemo Ngullie (born October 22, 1972) is an Indian editorial cartoonist, illustrator, and artist with the English newspaper The Morung Express.

Ngullie has won two awards: Governor's Award for Excellence in Arts, Music, and Literature of the Nagaland government, and the Unsung Heroes Award of the Find Studioz & Indian Chamber of Commerce for Affirmative Action.

On January 26, 2017, the Government of the Indian state of Nagaland conferred on Ngullie the Governor's Award. The Governor's Award for Excellence is the Nagaland Government's highest civilian honor recognizing exemplary contribution to the fields of arts, music and literature in the state.[1]

On January 5, 2018, Ngullie was honored with the Unsung Heroes Award at the 1st Nagaland Red Carpet Social Awards in the city of Dimapur, Nagaland. The awards honored nineteen individuals from Nagaland for their contributions in the field of art, sports, entertainment, and society.
