Carmel Christian School is an American Christian school located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, within the city of Matthews. The school was founded in 1993 as a branch of Carmel Baptist Church. It serves grades K-12. The current head of school is Jay Hancock. The school is known for its academic excellence, spiritual life, and basketball.
