Blue Box
[edit]Blue Box Holdings Ltd was founded in 1952 by Mr. Peter Chan Pui in Hong Kong.[1] It is an international company specializing in infant, juvenile, and toy products. Mr. Peter Chan Pui was honored with the 2011 Outstanding Achievement Award by the Toys Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong Limited.[2][3]
In 2013, following the passing of Mr. Peter Chan Pui, his son, Mr. David Chan, succeeded him as Chairman and CEO of Blue Box.[4][3][5]
In 2014, Blue Box acquired Infantino[6][7][8], a San Diego-based infant product brand, from Step2 Holdings, LLC. Infantino’s product range includes developmental toys, activity gyms, playmats, infant carriers, travel accessories, and feeding products.[9][10]
In 2024, Infantino acquired BooginHead, a company established in 2007 that specializes in feeding essentials such as pacifier clips, teethers, and sippy cups. This merger expanded Infantino’s product portfolio and created synergistic effects within the baby product categories.[11][12][13]
