Blossom Academy is a pioneer data-related training in Ghana and Nigeria[2] that trains and pairs data science talents with tech businesses and organizations in Africa. and is the first Data science academy established in West Africa.

Blossom Academy is Ghana first Data & Analytics Academy and was founded by Jeph Acheampong. The academy addresses the demand for data professionals by establishing a Digital ecosystem aimed at developed

The Academy works with startup companies to design a curriculum that addresses data-related deficiencies.The academy has partnered with educational institutions such as DataCamp, DataLab.cc, and Data Science Institute to repurpose their resources for the training program.

Blossom Academy initiatives have narrowed the digital skills gap in Africa.[3]In 2024, The academy was supported with funding from Livelihood Impact Fund and African Visionary Fund, to expand its impact across the West Africa region.
