Premise

[edit]

Blink is a vigilante with the power of teleportation, however each time this power is used, it slowly kills him. This encourages Blink to find a replacement for himself to take over his work when he's gone. He finds this person in Vee Shapel, a young girl who unfortunately doesn't see eye to eye with Blink leading to a battle between the two.

[edit]

Blink was released in a film festival in the United Kingdom known as the Boston Film Festival[1]. Blink was played along side films by Director Keegan Nuttell-Cartwright and TikTok star Benjamin Tiffin. The film festival took place in a town called Boston and premiered on June 14th 2024. Although awards were presented at the festival, Blink did not receive any.

Future

[edit]

With Blink being in a film festival it had a limited run time, meaning there is a lot of scrapped content for the short. Sophie Thompson and High Treason plan to expand the Blink universe with a short running series to flesh out characters and fully develop a story.
