Draft:Bangladesh Students' Party

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  • Comment: The coalition received routine media coverage in June 2023. All of the sources I saw on Google (although from reliable or major pubs) were centered around a press briefing by the coalition, held on June 16, and almost all of the coverage is from that date or the following few days. The coalition is yet to function formally, and the routine coverage was solely focused on some students with banners expressing their intentions or goals and starting a new "student party." They are yet to make any formal functional activities of a party. There's no lasting coverage (see this Google news search), literally all of the coverage on this supposed "party" are from June 16, 2023. Note that the 2024 coverage of "metro rail half fare student protest" aren't actually about the coalition but students in general. Even with passing mentions of the party in some sources do not represent lasting/continued coverage. Routine media coverage regarding some students with banners demanding "half-fare" on metro rail isn't simply notable enough. X (talk) 16:44, 18 April 2024 (UTC)
