Air Sierra Leone is a government owned airline based in Sierra Leone.
History
[edit]In a press release in October 2024, Sierra Leone government has announced the launch of a new airline Air Sierra Leone beginning flights between Freetown International Airport and London Gatwick three times a week. Flights would be operated by wet leased aircraft of Xejet (Nigeria). The inaugural flight operated December 2nd 2024.
The countries previous flag carrier Fly Salone ceased operations in March 2016.
