Adriana Emilova Uzunova was born on 10th of March, 2003 in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. She began playing the piano at the age of seven in the studio of Prof. Elena Yulianova at Ekzarh Antim I‘s Special Music Profiles and School of Arts Emanuil Manolov. Since 2020, she has studied at Plovdiv’s National Music School in the class of Prof. Svetlana Koseva and graduated in 2022.
Since 2022 she countinued her professional education in Prins Claus Conservatory of Hanze Univerisity of Applied Science and later Royal Conservatory in The Hague, the Netherlands.
Her debut with orchestra was at age of 11 with the Sliven Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Dimitar Karaminkov, followed by a few more reengagements with the same orchestra. She has been participating in concerts, master classes and competitions around the USA, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Greece, Turkey, Jordan and Bulgaria.
As a solist and chamber musician, she is a prizewinner of over 100 awards from international competitions held in Bulgaria and abroad, including five Grand Prix; twenty Special Prizes along with the Special Award of the Embassy of Spain Kingdom; over thirty-five First Prizes, etc. She is a laureate of the IPC “Amigdala” in memorial of Guiseppe Raciti ‘’ in Sicily, Italy; IPC ‘’Alber Rousell‘’ Paris, France; IMC ‘’Best Brahms Performance‘’, ‘’The Masters of Piano Concerto‘’, ‘’The Artist of the year‘’, ‘’The Art of Piano‘’, ‘’Music of 19th Century‘’, ‘’Music of 20th Century‘’ in London, United Kingdom; IMC ‘’Heirs of Orpheus‘’,‘’VivaPiano‘’, ‘’Schumman-Brahms‘’ – Bulgaria, among others.
She has been a winner of a Scholarship for talented children awarded by the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture (2014-2019).
Also, she has been selected as one of The Successful Children of Bulgaria by Dimitar Berbatov’s Foundation for Young Talents and she was awarded with the Scholarship of Foundation ‘’Round Table 5 Varna‘’ and her high achievements were officially recognized by the city of Kazanlak (2011-2020).
She has been a regular participant of master classes worldwide given by established musicians, such as: Prof. Pavlina Dokovska (United States), Prof. Tamara Poddubnaya (United States-Russia), Prof. Anahit Nersesyan (Armenia), Prof. Tomislav Baynov (Germany), Prof. Marcus Prause (Austria), Prof. Natalia Deeva (Russia), Prof. Shantal Stiliani (France), Prof. Borislava Taneva (Bulgaria), Prof. Atanas Kurtev (Russia-Bulgaria) , Prof. Ludmil Angelov and many others.
