[edit]AAA Holding Group Ltd. (AHG) represents the first huge and most significant milestone in British investment in Iraq, as they have strategically diverted their focus to invest in the growth and development of the Iraqi agricultural sector and far away from the oil and gas sectors.

History
[edit]AAA Holding Group was founded by Dr. Amet Selman in 2004, headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Since its establishment, AAA Holding Group has expanded its footprint beyond the United Kingdom, operating a significant processing plant in Basra, southern Iraq. This strategic location near the Persian Gulf enables the company to efficiently manage logistics and export processes, making it a key player in the fertiliser industry.
In February 2023, the Group announced plans to work on exchanging technology and raw materials with USA and UK-based companies. AAA Holding Group was the platinum sponsor of the petrochemicals, fertilisers, and mineral investment conference hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Minerals on 3 May 2023. The Group also participated in the Al Burhan Group Iraq British Trade Fair for the inauguration of the IATA centre on 14 May 2023, and in the Spring Conferences hosted by IBBC on 16 June 2023.
Additionally, AAA Holding Group participated in the IFA Global Sustainability Conference held on 6 March 2024 in Amsterdam, further demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and industry leadership. Further solidifying its position as an industry leader, AAA Holding Group hosted the prestigious IFA Nourishing Planet, Powering the Future conference on 20 May 2024 in Singapore.
