[1]3G Capital Management LLC is a private investment fund founded in 2003 by Pavel Begun and Cory Bailey, with the goal of investing in undervalued businesses globally. Since then 3G Capital Management LLC has significantly grown its assets under management, and has expanded its footprint with offices in Toronto, Canada, St. Louis, Missouri, USA, and in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 3G Capital Management LLC's clients include high-net worth individuals and institutions from all over the world. 3G Capital Investment LLC fund has been featured in a variety of prominent publications such as Barron's, [2]The Wall Street Journal, [3]The Globe and Mail, The Financial Post, and others.

3G Capital Management LLC's holdings include a [4]stake in Foxtons Group PLC, in which 3G Capital Management LLC is the second largest shareholder, with an approximately 10% ownership stake. Additionally, 3G Capital Management is one of the largest shareholders of both LSL Property Services and Silvano Fashion Group. 3G Capital Management LLC was also one of the largest [5]shareholders of AlarmForce Industries, prior to the company being sold to Bell Canada for $166 million in 2018.
