[edit]Hudson Nernburg (born 2008) is a Canadian author who began writing 20ZZ at the age of 13, while in sixth grade. Nernburg’s interest in technology and science fiction grew from a young age, and his early exposure to books, films, and video games about the future heavily influenced his writing. 20ZZ is his first published work, and he has since gone on to write additional stories exploring similar themes of technology and human nature.
In interviews, Nernburg has said that his fascination with apocalyptic stories and questions about survival and ethics in a collapsing world influenced the development of 20ZZ. Nernburg’s work has been praised for its ability to blend youthful imagination with deep, philosophical ideas.
