This is a recreation of a category that was deleted back at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2008_October_3#Webby_Award. Five years on, I believe the Webbys have established themselves as a premier award for the web and so would meet WP:OC#AWARD. It's true the main article Webby Award includes some criticism of this award, and it does hand out a lot of awards to a wide variety people, organizations and works, everything and everyone from Bjork to Apartment List, so perhaps we may wish to further differentiate this category, down the road.
