Why does this category have only one sub-category, dealing with fiction?

Clearly there are other, non-fictional topics in the list given below. Why not make an effort to create a few non-fiction sub-categories within Weather modification, to give better organization to the growing number of articles that appear to already be published within Wikipedia?
