WikiProject Austria?

How is this category related to Austria? Just because some Stolpersteine are located there? They were initiated by a German artist and are mainly in Germany, and also in the Czech Republic, in Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands.

Not that it matters much to most Wikipedia readers, but I think the project banner should be removed. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 11:30, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And now similar categories for Hungary, Italy and The Netherlands have been added. Why? What's next: Belgium, Czech Republic, Norway, Poland, Ukraine? With this proliferation of country project templates, it seems odd that the German template is not present. I think that these additions, incomplete as the list is, were unnecessary; but that's just my opinion. — As for the country project banners, I think they would be more usefully applied to the respective parent categories, e.g. Category:The Holocaust in the Netherlands and Category:The Holocaust in Italy; this would then be consistent with Category talk:The Holocaust in Austria and Category talk:The Holocaust in Hungary where you applied those banners previously. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 13:12, 9 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
