Category:Dharmic Religion stubs proposed for deletion

Category:Dharmic Religion stubs has been nominated for deletion (see the discussion). The principal argument offered for deletion is that the category currently contains only 4 articles. A number of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism etc. stubs deal with topics that are common to all Dharmic religions. These stubs might be profitably moved to Category:Dharmic Religion stubs rather than those of a specific religion. If you have opinions on whether any particular stub article should be recategorized, or whether you would approve of a recategorization on your behalf, please discuss here. --BostonMA ^talk 00:51, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

CFD

I just closed the most recent CFD for this article as a result of WP:FORUMSHOP. Wikietiquette is that you don't open up the same discussion on multiple pages seeking a forum that shares your opinion. As RFC should be the first stage of a dispute, and the AFD/CFD for this subject appear to be an effort to WP:POINT I kept the RFC OPEN and closed the AFD/CFD.Balloonman 04:04, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

The article dharmic religions was deleted following an AFD, though it is now suject to deletion review. I propose to rename this category into category:Indian religions. See Indian religions. Andries 11:19, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
