Created Template:filmawardsyr to standardize format

I created Template:filmawardsyr to use for these by-year categories to standardize the format. This way all the categories have the same parent categories and similar descriptions, and have a similar look to other by-year categories such as Category:Films by year and Category:Works by year. It also allows editors to simultaneously change something across all these categories by just changing the template. Dugwiki 16:06, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
