It wouldn't because Category:Winners of American awards is the only member of Category:Award winners by awarding country. I care more about ambiguities with existing categories than ones with hypothetical categories that haven't been created, so would have been willing to let the Philippines happen (which is moot now since 寒吉 has opposed it). * Pppery * _{it has begun...} 04:34, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
