Santiago González and Édouard Roger-Vasselin defeated Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden in the final, 6–2, 5–7, [10–7] to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Paris Masters.[1]

Wesley Koolhof and Neal Skupski were the defending champions,[2] but lost in the quarterfinals to González and Roger-Vasselin.

Austin Krajicek and Skupski were in contention for the ATP No. 1 doubles ranking. Krajicek retained the top ranking by winning his first match.
