Alexander Bublik defeated Andrey Rublev in the final, 6–3, 3–6, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Halle Open.[1]

Hubert Hurkacz was the defending champion,[2] but lost in the second round to Tallon Griekspoor.[3]
