The 1990 Havering Council election took place on 3 May 1990 to elect members of Havering London Borough Council in London, England. The whole council was up for election and the council stayed in no overall control.
Electoral arrangements
[edit]The 1990 election used the ward boundaries established in 1978 for the fourth time. 63 councillors were elected from 25 wards. Each ward returned two or three councillors.
Polling took place on 3 May 1990.[2]
