The 1913 Sam Houston Normal football team represented Sam Houston Normal Institute—now knwon as Sam Houston State University—as an independent during the 1913 college football season. Led by second-year head coach Sheldon R. Warner, Sam Houston Normal compiled a record of 3–2.
