The One Hundred Seventh Wisconsin Legislature is the upcoming legislative term in Wisconsin. It is set to convene on January 6, 2025, in regular session, and is scheduled to conclude on January 4, 2027, though it will likely adjourn for legislative activity in the Spring of 2026.
This will be the first legislative session after the redistricting of the Senate and Assembly according to an act of the previous session.
Senators representing even-numbered districts are newly elected for this session and are serving the first two years of a four-year term. Assembly members are elected to a two-year term. Assembly members and even-numbered senators were elected in the general election of November 5, 2024. Senators representing odd-numbered districts are serving the third and fourth year of their four-year term, having been elected in the general election of November 8, 2022.[1]
