Zoraki is a brand of Starting pistols manufactured by Atak Arms in Turkey.[1] They commonly produce fully automatic blank guns that are legal in many European countries[1], imitation replicas of popular firearms such as Glocks, Uzi, Beretta 92, and more. In 2010, Glock sued Austrian Sporting Arms and ISSC Handels GmbH for trade dress infringement, it was settled out of court[2].In 2017, an importer of Zoraki blank guns in the United States, Maxwell Corp, was sued by Glock for trade dress infringement for importing an unlicensed glock imitation model.[3].
