Yoshikazu Ono

Yoshikazu Ono (Japanese: 小野 禎一, Hepburn: Ono Yoshikazu) is the head chef at Sukiyabashi Jiro founded by his father, Jiro Ono. He was featured in the 2011 film Jiro Dreams of Sushi. He has a younger brother, Takashi, who owns a second establishment in Roppongi Hills.[1]

Personal life

Yoshikazu is fond of cars, specifically fast ones, having mentioned his dream of being a Formula One driver as a youth. He drives an Audi RS 6 Avant.[2]
