Xplor Technologies, formerly known as ( MyXplor Pty Ltd.), is an Australian software company based in Melbourne.[1] It provides software solutions that assist businesses in various sectors, including childcare, fitness, and field services.[2] Their platform offers tools for managing payments, employees, clients, and scheduling.[1]
History
[edit]Founded as MyXplor, Xplor Technologies was incorporated on January 2015, by Mark Woodland.[3][4] Woodland was influenced to start the company after his mother was inundated with administrative tasks.[2] Frustrated by the outdated technology Woodland started to automated the tedious processes involved within the childcare service.[5][6]
Investment
[edit]In June 2016, Woodland led Xplor’s Series A $6 million investment round which added to the funding team.[7][8] He went on to lead the companies Series B round bringing on additional investment through Partners For Growth.[9]
Activities
[edit]In January 2019, Xplor was acquired by Transaction Services Group and Woodland was put in charge of its education arm.[10] Xplor is recognized as one of the largest childcare software providers in the world.[11][12]
