Not to make a big drama about this one, but in general such additions that significantly change the (bylined) content (in particular a review's overall assessment of a paper) should be made before publication time, whereas "post-publication edits such as grammatical and spelling corrections to articles are welcome". In the case of this Signpost section, there is also the additional problem that it is syndicated here and here; those versions are not being updated automatically.
